| | The villa is available to rent on a first come first served basis. It can be rented for any period as long as the dates are available. |

| | Booking Information |
| |
| | On deciding your stay, please email or telephone us, or simply complete our online contact form, with your proposed dates to confirm availability. |

| | Once availability is confirmed, a deposit of £500 is required to hold the dates requested, the balance for your stay must be paid in full 8 weeks before your departure date. |

| | If you are travelling within 8 weeks of confirming your stay, the full amount is required to confirm the booking. |

| | Security Deposit |

| | Registration of a credit card will be required on all bookings as security in case of any breakages or damage during your stay. |

| | The villa is checked before your arrival and again on your departure against our inventory. |
| |
| | Should a charge for breakages or damages be incurred this will normally be charged to your registered credit card within two weeks of your stay in the villa. |
