The average temperature is about 80 degrees Fahrenheit / 27 Celcius. This is the absolute paradise for sun and fun seekers, fishermen, and golfers. Dream beaches and shelling are very nearby - with the nearest beach only a few minutes away.

	The 20ft motorised deck boat with 115hp outboard engine will allow a holiday experience never to be forgotten.

	The villa is set within the very desirable Cape Coral Yacht Club area along Florida's most southerly stretch of Gulf coast providing the perfect spot to explore by boat.

	Just pack up a cool box and set off for any one of the many tiny secluded barrier islands on the Gulf of Mexico.

	An easy to follow chart is included and full instructions on how to use the boat will be given personally by our local registered captain.



	Fishing

	Do you dream of catching the ultimate fish?

	Rods and equipment are included for your best fishing holiday ever! In these waters you can find tarpon, red fish and grouper to name a few. If you need a little help an experienced captain will be available to advise or to take you personally to explore our local hot spots.

	If you prefer a little activity mixed in with your relaxation, there are bikes provided for you to explore the local area.

	There are championship golf courses nearby, so if a golfing holiday is your dream we can help you there too! There are also excellent tennis facilities available at the nearby Yacht Club.
